AGREEMENT FOR PRODUCTION OF A GUARANTEED INCOME Amazon KDP Publishing Business

FOR Wilbert Brock  of CUSTOM Amazon KDP Publishing Business - 10 eBook Package

Drop Ship Businesses for Sale    will be referred to as the "Writers", "Creators" or "publishers" in this document.

Wilbert Brock  will be referred to as either: "individual", "the client" or "Client" in this legal document.

1. SCOPE OF THIS CONTRACT

1.1 This contract covers the completion of: An Amazon KDP eBook Publishing Business (10 eBook Package) 

1.2 This document forms an agreement between Wilbert Brock  and Drop Ship Businesses for Sale to the value of $60,000 for Guaranteed Income Amazon KDP Publishing Business - 10 eBook Package  and $0 for eBook Marketing and Promotion package. The total covered by this contract = $60,000. The terms of this contract are legally binding.

1.3 The amount due payable by the client includes the 10% discount off of advertised pricing, due to the client paying via a direct Bank transfer into Drop Ship Businesses for Sale account.

2 AUTHORIZATION

2.1 The client is commissioning Drop Ship Businesses for Sale as creative writers of all 10 eBooks and designers of all graphical elements that will be required for ebook materials to be published to the Amazon KDP platform.

2.2  The client hereby authorizes the Drop Ship Businesses for Sale to access their newly created Amazon KDP account on their behalf upon completion of all eBooks and also authorizes the uploading of completed Kindle eBooks to their Amazon KDP account on the client's behalf.

2.3 The client also authorizes the designer to publicize the completed eBooks via the Amazon platform as well as the major search engines, Web directories, indexes and to promote the books in ways in which Drop Ship Businesses for Sale believe will be beneficial to sales of said eBooks.

3 DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND THE BUSINESS PROCESS

3.1 Drop Ship Businesses for Sale will research, plan, write and design (the covers of) each eBook that is included in the package quantity as chosen by the client. The client is invited (but NOT required) to either give specifications for each eBook or have Drop Ship Businesses for Sale do their best to meet the general requirements laid out by the client in ways Drop Ship Businesses for Sale believes will help to meet contractual obligations.

3.2 The estimate described in this document is only referring to the specifications given by the client at the time this document was printed. The date can be found on the bottom of this page. Any MAJOR additional works not included with this document may require further payment deemed necessary by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale. If after completion, any eBook requires revisions, the client may be billed accordingly and a new invoice will be issued.

3.3 The process for the presentation of graphics for ebooks MAY consist of Drop Ship Businesses for Sale providing drafts and asking for feedback from the client. The client then gives feedback or approves of the images being used before they are put in place. The estimate assumes 2 rounds of this process will suffice for image creation. If feedback is not required from the client for this then it will not be sort, and should not be expected.

3.4 All written and graphical content for eBooks will be provided by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale on behalf of the client. This content will be displayed as final drafts on any included website and may be pre-read and checked by the client before submission to Amazon KDP.

3.5 The content should be labelled depending on the placement that it is needed on any page. For example, the" About Us" content should contain information about the individual or corporation and be labeled as such.

3.6 To maintain our portfolio credentials and integrity we, Drop Ship Businesses for Sale, shall be entitled to place an unobtrusive credit on any page of said publishings.

3.7 Drop Ship Businesses for Sale will produce eBooks in genres and niches they presume & expect will perform well for the client based on previous business operating experience.

4 GUARANTEED INCOME ASSURANCE

4.1 This contract hereby assures that the client will have an ROI (Return On Investment) of no less than 10X their total original investment, OR  $100,000 (whichever is greater) for their guaranteed income online business within a (minimum) 2 - 6 month (12 months as an absolute maximum) time period from the initial agreed start date of the clients' Amazon KDP project.

4.2 In the unlikely event that Drop Ship Businesses for Sale does not meet this financial target, the client will be entitled to a FULL refund of ALL monies paid, or be eligible to receive financial reward totalling no less than $15,000 as a compensatory measure.

4.3 The client agrees to allow a minimum of 3 months to an absolute maximum of 12 months passage of time from the date of signing and returning this document & completing payment before seeking to act on the terms of this contract.

4.4 The official start date of the enforceability of this contract will be from the date that FULL PAYMENT  for the clients guaranteed income Amazon KDP Publishing business is confirmed received by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale.

5 THE INCLUDED WEBSITE SPECIFICATION (discretionary option)

From time to time it is decided that a website MAY be required in order to support the eBooks that have been published to the Amazon KDP platform.

IF it is decided that an additional website will help to support your books performance then this section will apply to you. If not we request that you skip this section. A website is not mandatory to the performance of your Amazon KDP account.

5.1 The client's website (to support Amazon KDP eBooks) will consist of both html and PHP based design elements unless otherwise stated. The website may provide general information about the client without the need of consent supervision.  

5.2 Drop Ship Businesses for Sale is required to maintain the website to a suitable standard including any major modifications as may be required.

5.3 Drop Ship Businesses for Sale holds no outright responsibility for the website after the initial build.

5.4 We, Drop Ship Businesses for Sale, however, will provide support and general website upkeep advice and support as needed.

5.5 If the client needs more then general upkeep support, the client is required to pay a fee for whatever is changed. Please refer to article 2 in the above text for more information.

6 COMPLETION DATE

6.1 The designer will work to complete the website in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete your eBooks no later than approximately: 10/17/2021. This is an approximate date and you agree that the time required to complete all eBooks may increase or decrease. Drop Ship Businesses for Sale agrees to keep client informed of any timescale changes.

6.2 If the client does not supply the designer complete text and graphics content for all pages contracted for within twelve weeks of the date this contract was signed, the entire amount of the contract becomes due and payable. If the client has not submitted complete text and graphics content within two months after signing of this contract, an additional continuation fee of 10% of the total contract price will also be assessed each month until the website is advertised.

6.3 Clause "6.2" becomes NON-APPLICABLE if Wilbert Brock has opted for any of our 'Done for you',  Guaranteed Income business plans or our VIP SEO Marketing & promotional packages which covers this.

7 ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT

7.1 Drop Ship Businesses for Sale reserve the right to assign sub-contractors to this project to help to ensure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion of the client's website project. Although this is not usually required.

7.2 Drop Ship Businesses for Sale will bring to the attention of the client if any subcontractors will be used to work on the client's project and that subcontractor will be required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before any information is given to the said contractor and before any work is assigned to the subcontractor.

8 SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT

8.1 has been added to this contract as a single point of contact between Drop Ship Businesses for Sale and the clients project All changes, updates, approvals, and modifications should come through this person in order to keep the project on task and on time. Any inquiries made outside of this point of contact will be pushed through the point of contact for verification.

9 PRICE ESTIMATE AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

9.1 Drop Ship Businesses for Sale estimates that the cost for producing the website & Amazon KDP eBooks as described in the site specification will be $5,995 for all included eBooks and $0 for Marketing Package.

9.2 Payment will be as follows: 100% due upfront via direct bank transfer before the commencement of any work is due. Payments must also be 100% cleared funds into Drop Ship Businesses for Sale banking account and funds visible before the commencement of any work is due.

9.3 The remaining estimated total adjusted for changes in the estimate, if necessary, is due in 30 days.

9.4 Payments for our Guaranteed Income Business website plans can be made via Direct Bank Transfer ONLY.

9.5 If payment is made online using a credit card, Paypal account, or any other means of electronic payment, the payment may be susceptible to fees charged to process the payment.

9.6 amount remains delinquent 120 days after its due date, Drop Ship Businesses for Sale reserves the right to remove the webpage(s) from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. Any items created by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale including logos, mock-ups, website designs, and domain names remain property and copyright of Drop Ship Businesses for Sale until the payment is paid in full by the client.

9.7 In case account collection proves necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process. This agreement becomes effective only when signed by the designer or a Drop Ship Businesses for Salerepresentative.

10 REFUND POLICY

10.1 If the client halts work and apply by registered letter for a refund within 7 working days, to Drop Ship Businesses for Sale, work completed shall be billed at half of the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client.

10.2 If at the time of the request for a refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 15 days of signing this contract and completing the due payment.

11 REVISIONS AND REWRITES

11.1 Changes requested by the client that are not included in this contract and/or project scope will be billed at an hourly rate of $22 per hour. This rate shall also govern additional work authorized beyond the maximums specified above for such services as general Internet orientation education, marketing consulting, web page design, editing, modifying product pages and databases in an online store, art, photo, graphics services, and helping clients learn how to use their own web page editor.

11.2 We allow for 2 revisions during the development of the project. Any revisions or additional requirements beyond the initial allowed revisions and requirements included in the project scope will be assessed and charged for at our hourly rate of $25.

All billable changes will be documented and brought to the attention of the client before any charges are accrued.

12 SOLE AGREEMENT

12.1 The agreement contained in this "AGREEMENT FOR PRODUCTION OF A 10 ebook AMAZON KDP BUSINESS" constitutes the sole agreement between the designer (of Drop Ship Businesses for Sale) and the client regarding this website. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a written change order.

12.2 All prices specified in this contract will be honoured for six (12) months after both parties sign this contract. Continued services after that time will require a new agreement.

13 LEGAL INFORMATION

13.1 Drop Ship Businesses for Sale does not warrant that the functions contained in these web pages or the Internet website will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web pages and website is with the client or hosting company provided to the client by the designer.

13.2 In no event will Drop Ship Businesses for Sale be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website, even if Drop Ship Businesses for Sale has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.3 If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

14 Copyrights and Trademarks

14.1 We Drop Ship Businesses for Sale unconditionally guarantees that any produced elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale for inclusion in web pages are owned by the client, and the client will retain permission for the rightful use of these elements in Law and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Drop Ship Businesses for Sale and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.

15 Laws Affecting Electronic Commerce

15.1 From time to time governments enact laws and levy taxes and tariffs affecting Internet electronic commerce. The client agrees that the client is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Drop Ship Businesses for Sale and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from the client's exercise of Internet electronic commerce.

16 Copyright Holder

16.1 Copyright to the finished assembled work of all eBooks including graphics and images produced by the designer (of Drop Ship Businesses for Sale) is owned by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale until final payment of this contract has been received and confirmed by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale at which time FULL rights & ownership will transfer to the client.

16.2 Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives FULL rights to use as a website, the design, graphics, and text contained in the finished assembled website. Drop Ship Businesses for Sale and their subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.

16.3 The client also then receives ownership to ALL copyright protected digital material that has been produced/created by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale.

The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement on behalf of his or her organization or business.

I, Wilbert Brock, sign this document stating that I have read and agreed to all of the above terms in cooperation with Drop Ship Businesses for Sale in the production and deployment of my  project.

I also agree that if under any circumstances I cannot afford to pay the remaining balance (If applicable) I forfeit the deposit and will have everything designed by Drop Ship Businesses for Sale revoked and the contract terminated until I can pay the remaining balance in full.

All terms of this contract are contingent upon strike, accidents, or other causes beyond that are our control - including any possible "acts of God" or any other unexplainable circumstances that may arise.
